LOCATION: 20th khoroo, Bayanzurkh district, Ulaanbaatar
CLIENT: Urban Planning and Design Institute of the Ulaanbaatar City Municipality
SCOPE OF WORK: Master plan of the village
“NAP Group” LLC has successfully developed comprehensive evaluation and general development plan of “Gachuurt” village in 2018. The current population planned to become 2500 households and 7000 people by 2030. 40% of total households planned to be residing in apartment complexes with complete engineering solutions while remaining households planned to be in private houses and gers with self and sectional engineering solutions.
