SCOPE OF WORK: MASTER PLAN OF THE CITY AND VILLAGE
“N.A.P GROUP” successfully developed the “Master plan of Mandalgobi city, Dundgobi province”, being implemented from 2015 to 2030, under the client Ministry of Construction and Urban development in 2015. Planning solution of the master plan for Mandalgobi city was developed to comply with the current urban planning main survey, comprehensive assessment of urban planning, previous master plan implementation and relevant policies, legal documents and programs as well as planned to have 21600 residents of 5684 households during the planned date.
